Requires Share3D On-Premise Admin Access

Share3D On-Premise includes features for setting up the appearance, display style, access permissions, site type and more. This allows a variety of site types to be set up using the server from open websites to portals that require user accounts for access.

# Creating an Open Site

If you desire to setup your server for general access by web visitors, or to embed S3D documents iny your own website with requiring a password for access, then you will want to set up an open site.

To do this:

• Sign into your Share3D On-Premise account with a user with admin access

• Click on "Setup" in the bottom right menu

• Remove the check next to "Require Login"

# Creating an Private Portal

If you desire to setup your server that requires user to sign in for access, you will want to set up a private portal.

To do this:

• Sign into your Share3D On-Premise account with a user with admin access

• Click on "Setup" in the bottom right menu

• Check the box next to "Require Login"

With a private portal, any access to the site will require a user account.
