Share3D On-Premise includes features for managing users and includes three user types. Each user can sign into the Share3D system with a unique user name and password combination. Once signed in they are limited by their user type in the actions that they can perform.

User Types

There are three user types: user, editor and admin.

• And admin user can make changes to some site appearance options using the settings menu. Other site changes will require direct access to the CSS, HTML, image folders and templates hosted on the server.

Creating a User

To create a new user:
-Sign into you Share3D On-Premise account as a user with admin privileges

• Click on "Setup" in the bottom menu
• Click on the "Add user" button
• Enter a username, password and select a user type
• Click ok to create the user
